Kia Sportage: Features of seat leather. Infotainment systemKia Sportage seats use a combination of artificial and genuine leather. Genuine leather comes from the outer layer of animal skin and undergoes special processing before use. As a natural material, it can vary in thickness and texture from one area to another. Wrinkles may also form depending on temperature and humidity.
The seat covering is made from a flexible material to improve passenger comfort.
The seating surfaces are contoured, with raised side support areas designed to provide comfort and stability while driving.
Wrinkles may develop naturally as the seats age. This is not considered a product defect.
CAUTION
Wrinkles or abrasions that develop naturally with age are not covered by the warranty.
Belts with metal accessories, zips or keys in a rear pocket may damage the seat upholstery.
Keep the seats dry. Moisture may alter the appearance or characteristics of the leather.
Jeans and other clothing that may transfer dye can stain the seat covering.
