Kia Sportage: Head-Up Display (HUD): (if equipped)The Kia Sportage Head-Up Display projects selected instrument cluster and navigation information onto a transparent screen in the driver’s field of view, helping you check key details without looking down at the instrument cluster.
|
The HUD image may be difficult to see or may not appear clearly under these conditions:
Your seating position is not correctly adjusted.
You are wearing polarised sunglasses.
An object is placed on the HUD cover.
You are driving on a wet road.
The vehicle’s interior lighting is unsuitable or too bright.
Light is entering the vehicle from outside.
You are wearing glasses that are not suited to your eyesight.
If the HUD image is not positioned or displayed clearly, adjust its height, rotation or brightness through the instrument cluster settings.
If the Head-Up Display needs inspection or repair, contact a professional workshop. Kia recommends visiting an authorised Kia dealer or service partner.
WARNING
Do not place accessories on the Head-Up Display shutter. They could fall into the display mechanism and damage the HUD.
