With the vehicle switched on, use the infotainment system to select Setup > Vehicle > Driver Assistance > Driving Convenience > Auto Highway Speed Change.
NOTE
If Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control has a fault, this option cannot be changed in the Settings menu.
